It's either the two toed or three toed sloth. I remember there was a veterinarian who was really embarrassed about being bitten by a sloth. Under normal conditions, these animals move in slow motion and he should have been able to react in time. Why was he so embarrassed? The sloth was sedated.

There are very small things that move slowly because of their size

The adults, once cemented in place, don't move from that spot.
You can probably think of lots of other examples of sessile animals (you know, some types of coral, sponges, ...).
