If you're unable to stand up straight, this is a sign that a urinary tract infection has reached your KIDNEYS. BUT...if this is ONLY happening in the mornings, and not all day long, there is something else causing the pain. I had a bladder infection once and I let it go without saying anything to my mother, who is a nurse, and after a week, I was unable to stand up straight because the infection was making its way to my kidneys. I got on antibiotics just in time to prevent it from doing just that. Anyway....maybe you're constipated? Maybe the baby is just lying in a position in the morning that would cause the pain? It could really be a number of things...definitely talk to your OB/GYN.

People... please read the question carefully. She didn't say that it hurt while she used the bathroom she said that her stomach hurt afterward and it's only in the morning.

If it were an infection it would hurt more than just in the morning. Sounds to me like it is just pressure from the baby.
