Permutation (10,4)/4! = 5040 / 24 = 210

I agree with Nate. 10x9x8x7 which is 5040. When you choose the first shirt, you have a possibility of 10 different shirts. When you choose the 2nd shirt, there are 9 possible choices, etc.
