I have a secret to tell you – everyone knows you menstruate!!
You are in a women's toilets, everyone in those toilets are female, the majority of them are either menstruating or going to menstruate at some point, and all the people in those toilets are perfectly aware that you as a female are likely to have periods just like them and so just as likely to use menstrual products just like them.
There is nothing at all to be embarrassed about; it is part of being a woman. I'd suggest asking yourself why you feel so embarrassed about your period; most girls and women are embarrassed simply because society tells them they should be, don't be so brainwashed into being ashamed of being a girl. Take pride in it.
I'd also suggest looking at some menstrual activism websites, where women are not ashamed of what makes them women, it may be a little much for you to take in at first but you need to find a way to accept that you are a woman, you menstruate, and that there is no shame in that.

As a side note I don't use pads and if I did I would use cloth pads so there would be no rustling pad wrappers to worry about anyway, I do however use a menstrual cup. It only needs emptying every 12 hours but sometimes I will empty it in a public bathroom, I normally do it in a hurry that can sometimes make a big *squelch* noise, that women aren't used to, am I bothered? Am I hell as like. If some women have problems with menstruation it is there problem not mine, it needn't be your problem either.
I know a few women who actually come out of cubicles with their cup in hand in order to wash in the sinks, some women are embarrassed by it or even disgusted, but most women will ask about the cup and they tend to have good conversations and a giggle about it – menstruation is one thing we women share.

provided that final month grew to become into your first, you're able to desire to no longer get it immediately this month. regularly your era is strange for the 1st twelve months or so when you get it. that isn't undesirable, that is component to transforming into up. If after it stabilizes then you definately initiate lacking or being late, then that would desire to be a well-being concern (regularly by way of rigidity). don't be embarrassed! i be responsive to it incredibly is new, whether that is common. once you pass to the social gathering, placed a pad and tampons on your bag. you could placed a pantyliner on in case you initiate without warning while you're on the social gathering to maintain you from nerve-racking approximately it. Feeling irritable is likewise regularly occurring, whether that isn't any exciting for the folk around you, so try extra difficult to be mind-blowing to people. in case you get cramps that make you extra cranky try making use of ibuprofen or naproxen, yet constantly shop on with the dosing instructions on the bottle.

Well, try going to the bathroom during class when you have free time. Maybe there will be less people. Or flush the toilet while undoing your pad. That is what I do. This way they can't here it.

it's not a big deal,,,we all have to do these things at one time or another. If your that insecure about making all that noise, put a pad in a plastic sandwich baggie, or no bag at all. But really, no one is listening.

have you ever tried goign during class? I have that problem too so i try going when no ones around. It helps. Maybe you can find a pad with a package that quieter. Another tip is that you have a bag and you already open the package so all you have to do is ut it on.

There is no need to be embarrassed. We all have that problem, it is part of being a women. However....you can try a differant brand of pad......the ones with no plastic in them (the liner) don't seem to be as loud when changinf them. (I think kotex makes them)

Get Kotex pads. They don't come in plastic covers. There almost like a cotton material so it's less noise.
