He already has a daughter with another woman but I would eventually like to have a family of our own together. He also changes jobs a lot. I don't know what to do about it anymore.

just let him know that you do what to have kids and if he says that he doesnt than i guess you guys are not ment to be

You should start a family with your husband. When you two are ready to make that commitment kids should follow. Do you really want to marry/have kids with someone who "changes jobs a lot"?

If this guy's job instability causes financial hardship, you might want to reconsider yourself if he's daddy material. Don't think being a dad will make him more stable.
That being said, you might want to broach the issue by asking what his future plans are. If you don't feel comfortable asking, this smells like you know deep down that he's drifting.
Deep down, I think you already know the answer....
