This is a common myth. When you have an orgasm, the blood may rush to your brain. Once in a while, it can affect the capillaries behind your eyes but it's not going to make you blind.
If you use the same logic as the idiot who first started this rumor, most likely some prude who thought masturbation was a sin, sexual contact of any sort (as long as it got the job done, so to speak) would make you go blind.
