He looks Mexican to me, or Spanish.

He definitely is not anglo saxon. I think he's Portuguese, although he could be from Spain or Mexico. I don't think many anglo's are bull fighters. Besides, if you look at the website this pic came from you will see he is probably not an anglo saxon.
