Yes I do...it kind of relaxes me from a stressful day. I actually learned how to cook as a way to get my mind off a very painful breakup. It helped a lot! And now, I can cook just about anything for the new guy in my life!

Love it, But after cooking for over 20 years you start to cook the same thing over and over again.

Yes. I like dump cooking, if any one knows what that is.
I cook from scratch...no frozen dinners in my house, and nothing instant in the kitchen. It saves so much on the grocery bill ! Homemade dinners and good ole southern dishes just can't be beat!
I taught my oldest son how to cook, and now he is better at it than I am!

Yes, I do, particularly if I have someone to clean up after me, and if everyone stays out of my way.
Actually, if the kitchen is tidy when I start, I keep it every bit as clean, often will serve the food, and the only sign I have been in the kitchen is that the burners or oven are still warm. It is all in the choreography.

Yes, I use it subconsciously to show love..Like when I want to make someone feel special I cook them their fav meal or dessert or both...Food is comforting and everyone loves to eat in America.
