I would assume NO. Iam a scorpio and my wife was an aries.

I would have to say since you are both ruled by Mars (Mars being your co-ruler) that yes, it is easy compatibility. Aries will teach Scorpio how to be honest and in return, Scorpio will learn to expect nothing but the truth from people. Not only that, but Scorpio women are attracted to the masculinity in an Aries man. She is captivated, but remember that the Aries man must realize that she is special and not to be too wrapped up in his own ego. He can't be fooled or take her for granted when she "blends in" with his personality overtime as deep down, she is not a push-over.

Answer according to astrology is NO !!!
But I got married recently to a 2-12 chart combination(a definite no-no),and guess what I happily discovered ,its ur surroundings n upbringing that matter 75% of time .I lost all faith in Astrology.
Look at him as a Person not a Sunsign.
