This might sound corny,but the library or the grocery store.Don't approach a woman in a bar,we think that's cheesy.

a good place to find women is on myspace.com. there are plenty of girls there and its free. i know u heard of it everyones on it. u might even find some of your old friends there (exs too) i did.!!!! gl
