I AM a Mason. My father is a Mason. Masonry is one of the largest charitable organizations in the world. 90% of bankers are NOT Freemasons, indeed, not one single banker in my home town is a Mason. Masons do NOT control the world, indeed, international membership has actually been declining in the last decade. Masons are NOT devil worshipers, indeed, those who claim that know nothing about us and would claim that the Pope himself is a devil worshiper. If you want to know more about Masonry, two very good books have recently been published:

Freemasons for Dummies
The Complete Idiot's Guide to Freemasonry

And here is a good website: http://www.grandlodge-england.org/

My take is (I know a Mason). If you want to be a Mason, you just ask a Mason and you can become a member. That is all I know. I do not think it is a satanic cult.

OK, I almost became a Freemason not once, but twice.
I interviewed them very very carefully- studied their history, and their manuals on "Dogmas and teachings"

Bottom line is they're the hidden REAL government of the world. Consider the following- 90% of all bankers are Freemasons. Consider that the big banks are controlled by the same familys- such as the Rothchilds- since the 1300's. They have schools- such as the "Skull and Bones" club at Yale- that they can train and place certain key people. Consider that the Skull and Bone's club has been around since 1820, and the Freemasons has been around in DIFFERENT FORMS since the 1100's, they've had almost 1000 years to train and place people in key positions of government.

I do not know a freemason, but from what I have read and heard I think their core beliefs are seriously bent.
