I think you need to give it at least a couple more weeks. Blemishes can actually start buiding up long before you can see them and the ones you're continuing to get may just be the ones that were already starting to form. Proactive isn't going to be a miracle cure for everyone, but since you bought it you might as well give it a chance to work.

ProActive works well for other people, but I'm not one of those people either. But Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash (I think it's like $6) works really well as long as you use it once everyday, even after your acne is gone. Another really good product is Aveeno soap(about $3 a bar). They have soap for all types of skin dry, oily, or combination. And both of these products aren't as expensive as proactive and you should be able to find it at wal-mart.

I tried ProActive and saw no results. I do not have bad skin, I just had the usual blemish problems. My friend got it after I did and she saw no difference. It says you'll get worse before you get better. That didn't happen to me. Everything was the same. I don't think it is a miracle. I think it is just a way to program you to wash your face 3x a day. The product isn't that great anyways, seemed to me like any other stuff I tried.

Hi. I just got Proactiv a week ago also. Just give it time. Did you read that book that you got with it also? It takes time. Also you need to use that refining mask 2 to 3 times a week only at night. But other than that, nothing is wrong. You just have to give it time. But you will notice results in less than 4 weeks.

I will too. LOL

A lot of people do not respond to ProActive. Try other products, such as 100% Tea Tree Oil on the affected area.

It's worked great for me. Are you using it consistently? If I don't use it everyday, I break out. Everyone I've known who's used it loves it, but everyone's skin is different. Try using it a little longer, and if you don't see a change, try something else. (I've heard some great things about some natural pill...It might be called something like Nature's Cure)

It can take up to 6 weeks before you see results. Don't give up too quickly. I also use it and I did not see results right away either. It took a while.
