Plug the router in, plug the cards in the computer. The computers should recognize the network and then you can set up the parameters that the instructions tell you to do.

Just make sure you secure the network with a NEW password. Don't let it be "admin"

I've fiddled around with two networks in my neighborhood that were insecure.

If you have the router then you need to plug this into your ISDN / Broadband outlet, that sends the wireless signal. Then you need Wireless adaptors for each PC. They should pick up the router wireless signall but you will need to follow the manufacturers instruction as to how to configure.

Nice'n easy!Don't make life hard for yourself. You'll need wireless router(PC World-£25-max £75) obviously wireless adapter/capability on your PC/s and patience.Or go and ask the boys/girls at PC world(no affinity here!) and listen to the advice. ADSL.COM is brilliant, and also try BT,COM and go to Wireless(what else!) on their sites.

It's soooooo complicated. I would phone the helpline - we did! Anyway, you have to open internet explorer and type in some ISP no. or something like that in the address bar. It should be 192. something or other. I don't know! Ring the helpline!

Get a Belkin modem router - they have a full FREE phone service that will chat to you whilst you connect up and try to use it.
