i work in retail. That is a maybe. If it is avaliable they will probably have limited quantities. Each retailer is scheduled only a certain amt. What fisher price should have done was wait until close to thanksgiving to bring out this toy. But since they didn't then they will probably not have enough to satisfy people for christmas. I work for toysrus. I do remember that they were on presell before being released. The associates tried to get people to presell that way people were already guaranteed a copy. Most people said no, and those are the people scrabbling to get one. Just in case u go to a store and ask if they are going to get more, they probably will tell u no or that they have no clue. Remember there is always a way that the store can check. They may not know when it's coming, but if the merchandise is in the warehouse if they are waiting on a shipment to come in then they will get more.

I really doubt they will be around at Christmas. I bought 4 of them yesterday and today I can not find any. I asked at 2 stores so far if they will be getting any more in before Christmas and they all say they have no idea. I am sure it is gonna be like the first elmo and people at Christmas time are gonna be fighting each other for the last one on the shelf at all the stores. If this keeps up I think I am keeping 3 and selling 1... lol.. Gotta get in on this.. hehe.. Good Luck in finding one!!

The TMX Elmo is already out in stores now! So i'm sure it will be around at Christmas Time

I highly doubt they will still be available at Christmas. It will be like the Tickle Me Elmo incident a few years ago where people were fighting over the last one's at stores. If you're planning on getting one for Christmas, better go get it now or at least put it on lay-away.

I just read in the paper that due to the technology, not many of them will be made (surprise, surprise). TMX are expected to be gone from stores by December 1. What a scam.

Go and buy one now, IF you can find them still. People are snatching them up like crazy for 40 bucks, only to sell them for 150ish on eBay. Good Luck!
