As a rule of thumb, most movie critics (maybe ANY critics) are pompous blowhards that couldn't make a good movie of their own to save their life. Roger Ebert is definitely in this category.
"Those that can, do. Those that can't do, criticize."

One of the greatest questions I have ever wondered was how he got a job as a critic after he wrote the movie "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls", perhaps one of the most ridiculous movies ever made.

Um... Unless you have seen "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls" you can say nothing bad about the man.

Personally, I don't like any of the critics. They suck! I never agree with them.

Wow, what did he do to you? Is this becuase you disagree with his opinion?
This is why the world is filled with hate, killing, war etc etc. Because people can not accept another opinion or respect the right to be different

His main problem is that he is completely out of touch.
