using talktalk broadband..wireless netgear modem sony vaio laptop.... help oh please help. it doesn't make sense..!!

Check your modem settings - my modem had it's own firewall which blocked certain 'rival' sites.

When it did that to me it turned out to be as simple as the date on the computer was wrong. If you have a parental control lock on it could be blocking it as they can block some strange stuff too such as dictionary's

Have you got java script and your cookies turned on. Empty your browser and system cache, that should do it
