You have to answer questions then if they pick u the best answer then u get points and once u get 250 points u go to level 2

Not by asking questions (as you did) but by answering them.
You need 250 points. You get 2 points every time you give an answer and 10 points if your answer is chosen as the best.
You can also get 1 point by voting on answers.
