The US doesn't put out countries in debt. They do that by themselves. The millions in foreign aid WOULD help if the governments of these countries were efficiently run and most of the money sent wasn't diverted into someone's pocket.

The famines in Ethiopia were so horrendous because food was rotting on the docks. Why was it rotting? Government officials there wanted big bribes before they'd let any of it move. EVERY government official wanted their own bribe.

When the U.N. really dug into the situation, they found that the government didn't want the people in those provinces to live. They didn't send in death squads like they have in Dhafour, but they did keep food from getting to the villages they wanted gone.

The United Stated is the worlds greatest debtor nation...The federal goverment owes $8.5trillion plus. That debt grows at an alarming rate of $5 million a minute. The Citizens of the United States owe $40 trillion plus. Most of this money is owed to China and Japan... The U.S. and it's citizens are Broke, and about to go into a depression..... You noticed a trend that does not exist. Yes the U.S. does borrow money so they can give it away... Go figure..

Have a good day.

rather no longer. What this united states of america needs maximum precise now, for our protection is a border fence with Mexico. I heard some weeks in the past that a concern with the border fence is that it may value $a million.4 Million in step with mile to construct. Hmmm...there are greater or less 800 miles of border in choose of a fence. That seems to approximately $a million.12 Billion, entire. Yep...it is expensive. even however, around the comparable time I heard how "costly" it may be to construct the border fence, I heard that the U. S. government is doubling (to the music of $30 Billion) the quantity of money we deliver to Africa to combat AIDS. HUH!?!? Noble, certainly...yet you may besides take $30 Billion and flush it down the lavatory. Or deliver $30 Billion to France to combat...snobbery. pointless. sure...we do might desire to concentration greater on the welfare and protection of usa earlier we are all the two depressing third international countries.

You are correct that most all countries are in dept to the USA. And yes we will send more money to help them.

We are paying them to hate us. It is always like that. We have spoiled them and they are like little kids with a candy bar in each hand and crying and beating their hands on the ground wanting a bigger candy bar.

Sounds normal to me.. I say they need a spanking.

How does America place other countries in dept?

Because America isn't helping those countries, we're 'buying' them. We supposedly help them sooo much, they then must do as we instruct for the remainder of their existence.
