FIFA law 9 - Ball In Play

The ball is in play whenever it rebounds off of the referee or assistant referee and they are in the field of play.

Goal counts.

I saw a referee scoaring a goal with his head in the 1930s in Egypt in an old recorded clip..and it was counted and the team who got benifit from this won the cup.
It still counts unfortunately even if it happened in the final match of the world cup.

Referees don't count, but they try to stay away from the ball not to effect the flow of the game.

Yes, it would be as if it had hit the post. The goal is awarded to the last player shooting the ball.

Of course... as long as anything makes the ball go in the goal, be it a foreign object/person or not, it must count....... and as long as it is not an offside situation

no, there are touchdowns in football, and a team mate has to hold the ball in the touch down zone for it to count
