With many laws being passed into legislation regarding indoor smoking, smoke breaks are becoming obscure. Even outdoor smoking is given stipulations in where this is permitted.
Personally as a non-smoker, I think break the smoke, but we must be fair, and with that said, smoke break could be time used substituting coffee break, etc. However the user wants to use their time is their free choice... and everybody is entitled to that.
It's not the smoker I dis-agree with, it's the cigarette manufacturers and their dishonest, misleading and dirty tactics.

I'll willingly exchange 5 minutes of life for 5 minutes of serenity. There are so many ways of dying (and living! lol) - at least this one I have some control over it.
