Ignore it until you can fire off a good torpedo.
What could SHE say about HERSELF that would get her regarded as ridiculous and impossible to believe?
See if you can "feed" her something that will ultimately humiliate her and destroy her base as a reliable gossip. Take your time planning this so it is solid and she can't resist waggling her tongue and slipping on her own turds.

Dont care if anyone talks about me behind my back. Im grown and i dont have time for people like that. Im sure you are young and the kids at school like to make drama, even if they hurt people in the process. They are immature and want to make themselves look better in front of others. And the fact that you are new to the school is making them do it more so noone will like you. Nevermind what they say..be the person you are and get good grades. Let them talk all the crap they want,,,as long as you know that you are a good person. You will soon find some good friends you can trust.

Be yourself!!!and do not participate in talking behind others back. School is very hard and girls are very jealous. The natural think is to talk and be mean. When you are out of school you will look back and see how silly it all is and wishing it could be different for the next generation.

You can't help it, people do talk about others behind their back, it was this way and it will never stop. Remember yourself, probably, at least once in your life you did that too, and there is nothing really to worry about. People can like you and not like you, and it is normal, the thing is your attitude to that. Be confident about yourself and don't let anybody to feel better than you.

I dont mean to tell you to act stupid but sometimes thats what people need someone to act stupid and crazy because thats the only way theyll understand you let her know that your tired of the bullshit and all she is really doing is hating on you and really she should be boosting up your confidence thats what people do for me when they talk abotu me they have nothing else better to do but talk about me which makes me feel like a celebrity. so hold your head up and eventually the truth will come out tha tshe s lying and shell be crawling back to be your friend cuz no one will like her at your school

You're right, they don't "know" you to talk bad about you.And if anyone "is," it's because they are ignorant and think it's cool to act that way. Just remember one thing "always," What is really important here, is that "you"
like who you are, and the really decent people will see this, and they will like you too. Good luck, and keep your head up around ignorant people.

This is the point in life then you decide what is more important to you and do those that talk about you really matter? Screw them. They don't pay your bills or do anything for you so what do you care if they talk. Just think how much power you have that people are talking about you! even if its made up, your name is on their lips. I always felt that people that talked about me like that really must have no life - so just take care of you and don't sweat the jabber....Good Luck!

roll with the punches. it is a skill and an asset that will help you tremendously in the future. the teenage years are meant to make mistakes and learn from them, before the consequences get higher in the "real" world. frankly they suck. people will eventually be drawn to someone who can keep a level head in times of crisis like you are going through now. roll with the punches kid...just don't be afraid to toss a jab back here and there (figuratively speaking).

Don't worry about what other people say, especially if you know in your heart that you are not, or do not do, whatever it is they are saying. If you don't want people to talk about you, don't talk about others behind their backs. Good rule of thumb: Say only about others what you would say to their face.
And, don't worry so much.. maybe the things they are saying about you are good things!

Yes. Always have, always will. That's life and sometimes it hurts. But if you are not doing anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about and the truth ALWAYS comes out eventually. What goes around comes around - DO NOT stoop to her level!!!! Good Luck.
