The way to paste the image is as follows: Hit PrtScr. Open the program where you wish to paste. Click Edit, Paste.

I think you want to use Alt-Print Screen. Hold down the Alt key like you would the shift key and then press the Print Screen key. Then you can paste.

here is another way to do it!
hit print screen
open up the PAINT program
then hit paste!
then save as a JPG then insert it to the document you want it in!
