A wonderful solution for the puffiness under the eyes is Preparation H (yes, the hemorrhoid cream). It's a secret models have been using for years. It helps with the "flare up" under the eyes. I travel a lot and I often have puffy "jet lag" eyes. It really does a wonderful job. As far as the dark circles, there are too many products to name. Palmers Fade cream is what I've been using.

The best product I tried for eye puffiness is Molton Brown Eye Rescue. it even reduces puffiness after crying, and hangovers.

Oooooooo I JUST bought the Maybeline mousse foundation, and it is AMAZING... if you were looking for a cosmetic... since everyone else said the normal stuff like Prep H, and cucumber.. T bags etc.

Honestly. Pile cream/prep h. Reduces swelling, makes you look younger- its true this is not a wind up.
