If you have two outputs then try the other one. Also maybe you configured your video card with a resolution that your monitor doesn't support. Your video card could also be "almost dead" or your monitor...

Unplug the cable from the monitor from your PC to the monitor. Plug it back in securely.

Most of the time the culprit is a bad monitor. It doesn't pay to fix a monitor these days. Put the old one in the garbage and buy a new one.

Some times, the video card or video settings can cause this also. If you have another computer or laptop, try connecting this monitor to that machine to verify.

u should change setting in control panel at monitor select an option never turn off my monitor

There could be any number of reasons... Bad monitor, not plugged in, bad video card, defective computer, monitor not plugged in.

THIS IS MY MOST COMMON PROBLEM
1-USUALLY THE COMPUTER IS STUFFED UNDER A DESK BACK AGAINST THE WALL
2-WHAT HAPPENS IS THAT THE CORD GETS BENT (RIGHT WHERE IT CONNECTS TO THE COMPUTER)
3-PULL THE COMPUTER OUT OF WHERE ITS STUFFED INTO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE CORD WIGGLE IT TILL THE MONITOR COMES ON
