I think everyone is out to get me or something. I'm trying to be myself but people are also making fun of me and picking me apart because of the way I talk, or how my personlity is. I'm a nice person and I'm tired of being attacked because I believe in different things and because I'm intelligent. And I'm tired of these girls at my school spreading sexual rumors about me at school which are not true. Sometimes I hate being myself. I hate standing out.

I hear you. I always have been an upbeat bubbley person and I still to this day get picked on because of that. If girls at school are picking on you it's because of 2 things, 1 they are jealous and 2 those kind of girls think their poop don't stink. Been there, done that. I ignored them and after awhile they left me alone. Don't let them know it bothers you. When they make a comment to you just look at them and say , "WHATEVER". Don't let those kids at school rule your life okay, everyone in this world is different ;if we weren't different look how many problems we would have. You are special no matter who you are, no matter what your life is like, no matter what, and don't let anyone tell you different.

People or girls will spread rumor about a girl and it's always that she is easy or sleeps around. That is a common thing. The best thing you can do is be yourself and try to ignore them. People will try to bring you down and hurt you. You have to ignore them even if they hurt you and make them think you don't care what they think. If you are having that much of a hard time then you must be a very pretty person and they are jealous of you. There isn't anything you can do about the things people say about you,but get thur it. Finish school. Keep your mind on school and get out...That's life tho. What goes around comes around. They will get paid back for all the things they are doing. Don't worry. Just focus on you and be yourself. Oh and when I was in school I had 3 friends. Nobdoy liked me. So your not alone. We have all been thur it sometime or another.

Mmh well. This usually happens when people are envious... and if you are intelligent i understand the reasons. Try to find out the persons that respect you and like the way you are, in almost any place you can find friends. About the others: let them have fun while they can because sooner or later when you are the boss they'll learn their lesson. Good luck, you can do it!

I'm really sorry that people are treating you that way. I only hope that you'll stick it out because, you are so far ahead of them, if you really do know how to be yourself. Heck, you're ahead of most people on the planet. I don't know what level of school you're in but don't worry, it won't last forever, you'll find kindred spirits someday, hopefully soon, and you won't feel like you stick out so much anymore. I guess maybe you're in high school? Believe me in most colleges, nobody gives a sh*t either way, in fact it gets to be better to be different--so hang in there! And good luck.

People will continue to pick on you as long as they know it bothers you so much. Try ignoring them as they are not worth your time or worry.
I know that some people do not like me for being myself, but I do not care....life is too short for such nonsense. There will always be lesser and greater persons in the world than me. Being true to myself is more important than being popular.

honey not everyone likes me either, and that's perfectly fine with me. the thing is they're just jealous of all the things you listed. don't hate standing out, because it's so much better to be special than to be average. listen, people will always talk, ALWAYS. if you let it get to you, they win. you're giving them way too much power. stop completely and take your power back from them. tell yourself every day "i have confidence, i don't care what people think about me, i love me" even if you feel crappy if you tell yourself something long enoug you will believe it. and it's true.

I can relate. It's very annoying but I don't let it get to me. If I did then they win. Repeat this to yourself everytime you feel this way...

I have power.
I always have at least three choices.
I have some control over this.
My feelings matter.
I can focus on now, not on the past or future. Nothing is all black or all white.

I hope things get better for you. I really do.
