Go to file, go to print , go to preferences, click on the paper/quality tab ( if you have it) and the click on color. and the accept.

Is your printer a black and white only printer? If so, you can't change it to color. If not you will have to change your ink and/or your printer settings on your computer.

If this printer help reserve mode or decrease back up mode, removing colour cartridge from printer will verify the priority. else, click initiate, then administration Panel. >> click Printers and different Hardware. >> click Printers and Faxes. detect the Deskjet printer. >> suitable-click the printer icon. >> click Printing options. go with "Print in gray scale" in between the tabs.
