leggins with a piece of material cut off from an old top worn like a mini skirt (it has to be tight) with ballet pumps and spotty or stripy tops with shoelaces round neck and arms... i know it sounds a bit too quirky but do you like it?
and if not why?
and if you do do you want mo to add more fahsion tips.... that either amuse you or you would actually follow...hehe xxx

It's very 80's and I'm not a fan of tight knit minis over leggings. Tha'ts a hard look to pull off and you risk looking cheap. I like the leggings and the ballet flats, but I'd think of pairing thme with a looser, longer(at or just below the knee) uneven-hemmed skirt and a ribbed-tank top with a shrunken cardigan over it. The shoelaces are an interesting twist. Pair them with some silver or gold necklaces and bracelets.

k...try to buy a skirt!!! Unless you know how to sew. If you can sew, make a skirt, but don't just wrap the fabric around your butt, that will look weird. It sounds a little quirky, but try it on and if you think it's too much, add or subtract until you find what you like.

I don't like it, leggings and skirts together are not for me. I do like the the miniskirt and pumps.
