my psp broke and i didnt buy any warranty if i call sony can they send me a new one with out warranty or will i have to pay out of my pocket! i didnt brake it, it was charging the whole night and when i woke up to play with it, it didnt turn on. do i have a chance?

You can always call Sony's customer service department and see what they'll do. I had my PS2 replaced at no charge long after the factory warranty had expired.

It depends how old the PSP is. If it is under warranty they will replace it. If not, then they may offer a reconditioned replacement - at a price. My son's Playstation stopped working and they offered a replacement - at a price. However, the price and limted (3 month) guarantee made it more sensible to buy a new one. Give them a call
