Only if it is under warranty. Keyboards these days are really cheap. You can pick one up for any where from $7 up. Buy them cheap, throw them out when they break.

I had trouble with my key boards until I got a microsoft curved key board. I found the key board burnt out to fastn and also the keys letter took a vacation. I have burnt out 7 keyboards in the past 2 years. They started to smoke because I typed to fast for them. Get your self a good one and it will last a long time and it is under warrenty. Doesn't have to be an expensive one just one that can take the typing speed.

Yes, I had a friend who bought a Dell and the letters were coming off. They sent her a new keyboard.
If it is still under warantee then i think you should call them.

You could try, but I doubt you'd get far, they'd just say you type too hard or something. It might be worth looking into the possibility of getting a replacement under your warranty though.

If it is under a year old then it should be covered under warranty. Out side that I think you need a new Key Board

had mine 4 months and the letters are hardly there anymore only cost £7 from tesco and its multimedia i`ll get a new one when they stop working

goods brought have to last a reasonable time, if you think i year was not reasonable then yes, gesh you must type a lot. upgrade to a good keyboard, you get what you pay for. dearer will last longer.

try to wash your hands and dry before using try to learn touch typing and sure send them a nice email maybe youll get a cheap replacment or something

If it is in bad state and it is still on guarantee, find out form the manufacter how you can get it repaired, that is if you still have the reciept.
