NEVER use bleach on it! old fashioned soap flakes or scouring powders are best. I fill up mine with hot water once a month and add lux soap flakes (really for washing delicate woolies) and some soda crystals. Mix up, leave it overnight, drain and rinse, it will sparkle. These baths are more prone to scum staining and bleach just hides it and wrecks the enamel, so do those cleaners for getting rid of limescale. They are too viscious, use white vinegar instead.

Put plenty of detergent (soap powder) in the bath, fill it above the dirt with hot water and leave 24 hours. It will be spotless when emptied.
