I have a 36" inseam and I found the best selection at Motherhood. I ordered online. Good Luck and Congratulations!!

I always wore my hubby's jeans when I got really huge! lol Or my favorite thing to wear was these bright purple overalls-so comfy but I did resemble Barney Im sure!!!! Overalls are so awesome while pregnant! Walmart is pretty good about having alot of maternity pants in just about every size or like I said buy some mens jeans that r bigger for comfort. Good luck

I had sort of the same problem, however I only needed about a 32 or 33 inseam which thankfully WalMart had. Congratulations.

try mother hood or oldnavy online, the GAP has nice maternity jeans as well. i didn't like old navy jeans though.. the Gaps were very comfortable

well i am not that slim so wouldn`t know But you can get this thing where you put your normal jeans on and there is a piece of material And buttons they attch to your jeans ..
