first of all you need to setup network wizard to be able to share files and then you need to get a printer server to be able to use the printer but you need to make sure it is network capable

You need to create a work group using the network wizard. The work group name must be same for all computer on the network. Since you are using BThome Hub, I believe the hub serves as DHCP to give IP address to other computers. Once you have created a work group, then you can now share your files and printer on the network. Check your Network Connection properties and be sure File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network is Checked.

How to share file and printer:

Right Click on the file or the printer you want to share, a pop up menu appears, click sharing and a dialogue box will be displayed, Select share this file and set the permission on the shared file to give access.

If you are running Windows XP, then click on Network Connections in the Control panel and then run the Home Network Wizard located on the menu to the left.
