Earlier today, it was pessiraining like cats and dogs, then it slowed down to a pessidrizzle. Now it's just a pessimist.
I was hoping the sun would come out, but I'm beginning to lose that hope. My father used to always say "just when you think things are as bad as they can get, they get worse." There's a name for people who never look on the bright side, but all this pessimisting is making me feel so bad that I can't think of what that word is.
Now I remember: Dad was a grouch! A real gloomy- Gus. A naysayer; someone without a ray of hope.
Dad was a pessimist.
Sorry. I like drama.
