Great question. If you look at successful people, often both mind and heart are the same. If you find yourself always second guessing yourself, then you are probably not on the right track in life and need some self-help.
An example is how many people hate their job. If you hate it, then why do it? Only you have the power to change the track your life is on. If you say to pay the bills, then you are not in control of your own life.
It's also a destructive situation because if you hate your job, you will do a bad job, then you will go downhill with it. And then get even more negative.

Usually based on my heart, but maybe I should start making them with my mind, because I've made some bad ones

Most of the time I try to use both, but 9 out of 10 times my heart guides me, which sometimes is not good....I have a tender heart which sometimes gets me in trouble.

Sadly, my decisions have mostly been emotional based. And sadly, I find that they don't really get me too far in life, but happiness it brings me sometimes when I listen to my feelings. Whether long term I don't know if it lasts, but nothing in this world lasts.

following the heart will most likely hurt you later it is best to think about it in other words always listen to your mind
