do you mean online or in person? if you mean online, you can try imdb.com. it's ALL about movies and a lot of people post comments and stuff about upcoming movies. hope that helps!

Online I think the best place for hearing/responding to upcoming movie news is www.aintitcool.com Harry Knowles is the crown king of online movie geeks. It specializes in the geekier of genres, but it's responsible with posting rumors, has great insider info, is great for generally cool news, and encourages feedback from it's large fanbase (in the Talkback section).
