Free all the animals that are kept in cages first!
Then it would depend on whether I wanted to let the human race become extinct, in which case I would die old and alone.
OR
If I thought I'd prefer to have another human around, find a sperm bank learn the technique of artifical insemination, get pregnant and produce some company for myself! Doing this repeatedly (taking into account resources available, no. of reproductive years left etc) using different sperm samples would produce a mix of different genetics. My daughters (hopefully there would be some as the plan would fall apart otherwise) would then reproduce in a similar manner. This would be kept going for x amount of generations until the offspring were far enough removed from each other that they could reproduce in the old fashioned manner and Hey Presto - a human race again!

I would wonder when I would be next.
Other than that, I guess I'd read some flying manuals and go fly a jumbo jet. Maybe I'd drive a few formula 1 cars and bikes too.
I'd ride a Harley to a burger joint and make my own burgers.
Then I'd go fishing, and play with some dogs.
I might visit a zoo to help feed and release some animals. I'd pet a cheetah if I had time to make friends.
Then, I'd fly to China and hug a panda, after making IT drunk.
I'd drive as close as possible to a Russian airport, then fly to Washington and hang out at the White House for a couple of days.
Finally, I'd head to Niagara Falls, and make myself a barrel and toss myself in.
I'm really not sure what I'd do after that.

I would secure my living conditions first and formost. Once I have an established living environment including all the basics I would move on to respecting the dead. I know that I would appreciate some dignity in death. Knowing that I can not have that it would only be right of me to give as many people as I can that benifit.

Probably just keep moving around looking for someone else who survived. I wouldn't know if I was the only person who made it, so I'd spend the rest of my time looking for someone else... until I got drunk and crashed my fancy stolen car, or the big animals who took over the earth ate me.

worry that I would catch the virus. Until then I guess I would go around looking at stuff, driving in different cars, go into peoples houses just to see whats there, eat for free, travel for free but since there would be noone around to enjoy it with, I would just hope I was pregnant...

i would search the world over for survivors until i found a colony of johnny depp look a likes that survived the virus due to massive cosmetic surgery ( to look like him of course, no one is born with those looks!) and re-populate the earth. In the event that i failed to find this slice of heaven i would then research and somehow manage to reproduce asexually....until then i would live my days in solitude and contemplation about the world and how we screwed it up!

I would immediately sit down and have a good cry. Then, I'd search for a means to make a record of what happened, and would continue with the events of my life from then on until the day I passed. Who knows, maybe someone from somewhere else (another planet) would find it.
- I'd also keep myself busy learning all of the things I haven't the time or means to learn now. I'd probably attempt to learn how to clone myself. :-)

Stay alive as long as I could and just hope that the virus wasn't in the food supply.

Now there's a cheerful thought.
I'd probably commandeer a plane or something and travel around trying to find someone else who survived.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. There are enough non-humans and human hybrids around that there would be plenty of others like myself to talk to.
