Just to make sure, you set up Outlook Express to communicate with the Verizon Account right?

And then you did the Send/Receive right?

And now when you log in to Verizon (like maybe from the web page?) you have no messages right?

If all that is correct, the easy answer is "too bad, the best you can do is forward them all back to your Verizon account. Of course, you need to turn off the auto receive in Outlook Express or it will just download it all again!

Now - moving forward from this point, you can set Outlook Express to leave a copy of any NEW emails on the Verizon server.

In Outlook Express, click on Tools --> Accounts --> (Select the Verizon account and ) Click on Properties.

Then click on the Advanced tab on the top right and down near the bottom check the box that says "Leave a copy of messages on server".

You may also want to check the box that says "Remove from server when deleted from 'Deleted items'"

Hope this helps!

You could just send them back to yourself at the version address.
