Just because you are with him now doesn't magically erase his past. He has memories just like everyone else. Deal with it!

If they went out for a while then I would understand that was a part of their life at the time. I wouldn't expect them to throw away pictures of memories just because their then boyfriend/girlfriend was in the picture. However, if it was just a random bf/gf in the album then I would wonder why they still had the pictures.

I don't think I would have a problem with pictures that are in an album, especially if they are of things like graduation. It would only be a problem if he was getting them out and looking at them often. But that person was a part of his life at that time so I wouldn't expect for him to throw out pictures (of important events especially) just because the ex was in them.

Do nothing. Having an album that has pictures of people from the past doesn't do anything to hurt the present. They are just PICTURES!!! If you show how insecure and insensitive you are by getting rid of them, getting angry, or demanding your boyfriend/girlfriend gets rid of them, then you are creating problems where there should be none. Just deal with it. These are photos from the past and you are ALIVE AND WELL HERE IN THE PRESENT.

Good Luck!!!

absolutely nothing, that's a part of his life before you, why does it matter? The past is the past and like it or not everyone has one. A persons past helps to shape them into who and what they are today and if you love him and know that he loves you then what do you have to worry about? I don't understand some people. I am divorced and I have pics of my ex in my home, he is the father of my children, they have pics of him in their rooms and if my boyfriend couldn't deal with that I'm afraid he'd have to go. Memories are memories, if you did anything to try and destroy those the only thing your really going to mess up is your own relationship. Grow up and let it be.

I would not do anything because as you said it is the ex. Look at it this way even if they did not have a albulm, they will still always memories in their mind and that is all the pictures are memories.

Enjoy and try not to worry if not you will make your relationship with your comapnion very uncomfortable.

as long as it is not mixed in with current pictures since their separation I wouldnt worry about it. That was his past and it is over so not a big deal. Pictures are of memories whether they are good or bad. It is not necessary to throw the pictures out just because you break up. I wouldnt be jealous if I were you...after all he is with you now and not her!!

If your the type of person that is the jealous kind, your not going to be pleased, BUT you must realize...............we ALL have a past and memories! We can't expect others to throw that away on our account. If these bother you nad your in a serious relationship, you can along with the other person, put these things away and enjoy them in the comfort of your own private time.

Nothing as long as they are truly there Ex. If they are still seeing them then you do something , but be smart no one is worth going to Jail for . Like my ex use to tell me " there is no one else that will put up with you " my answer to that is there are 300 million people in the US which means if you do the math that means there is about 150 million women surly to God I was not so lucky to find the only one surly there must be one more I think my chances are pretty good . Yours will be to.

So his/her old life stopped and he had this incredible rebirth the moment s/he met YOU and any memories should be immediatly destroyed and forgotten about.

Give me a break! I still talk to several exes on the phone occasionally, one was an usher in my wedding, and my husband and I were sitting in his living room the other night.

Get over yourself.
