Two questions.
When you ask a question, do you take the time to rate
each person's answer? And, do you pick a "Best Answer"?

I rate everyone who answers my question with a thumbs up (unless the answer is graphic or crude) even if they don't agree with me because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I answer questions that I like, and nine times out of ten I give the question a thumbs up (you got one from me) if I really really like it. I have been on Answers since March, and have only allowed 4 questions to go to vote:two because I had just started and did not understand that I could pick my own best answers, one becasue I acidentally over looked it (I had, like, 25 questions open at the time) and one because I had so many great answers that I couldn't decide.

Yes, I always pick a best answer. If I have the time then I give a thumbs up or down.

if you mean, picking whether each answer is a thumbs up or thumbs down? then no. that takes way too long.
but i do pick best answers!

of course i do. I don't ask unless i really need something and i they take the time to answer intelligently then i will rate them. It's the stupid answers that doesn't get anything

yes answer the question and then rate it if it is good if bad i just leave it alone.
