For what I saw it was good.

It was pretty sad. When his assistant loaded up the truck for the last time it was pretty emotional. The only thing I though was kind of corny was when all of his assisstants laid out the flowers to spell, "Crikey". I though that was kind of lame. I wasn't that big a Steve Irwin fan. I thought the way he died was partially due to his own stupidity. It would be like if Jauque Cousteau had been mauled to death by lions. The deep sea was not Irwin's domain. I will say this much though, watching how shattered and emotional the people in the audience were was pretty damned sad. I got a little choked up just watching all the people there lose it.

"True Blue"

I have only seen the bits on the newscasts, but it appeared to be a celebration of all his achievements in life, as well as a promise that his work will go on. When his daughter spoke, it absolutely broke my heart! His legacy will be well represented by that young lady. I just wish they would have quit cutting the camera back to Terri. Anyone with a molecule of sympathy could see she is still shattered by her husband's death!

I wish they would have broadcast is where I could have watched it (don't have cable or satelitte).

I think it was a worthy tribute, and probably more than he would have wanted.

I thought the memorial was very nice. It made me cry when they loaded up his old truck -- just like him to driving around that old clunker. For those who don't know, Steve was very much a sea person, (i.e. salt water crocs!) and he was a world class surfer. There wasn't much that wasn't his domain. Terri Irwin will be interviewed by Barbara Walters next Wed. night.

Was fit for Steve, not too long and self preaching. Dignified and respectful(y) Crikey!

From what I saw of it, it looked very nice. His daughter made me cry though. What a sweetie.

I loved the fact that his wife and daughter dressed in their field clothes.
