At a normal pace, about 5 Kph.

A person who usually practise jogging, can run at about 10Kph.

An athlete (for example 10.000 meters specialists) can run at 20 kph.

A 100m athlete can do it at 45 Kph, but only for a few seconds.

There is no such thing as average. Even if there were, average is defined 3 different ways.
1. Arithmatic mean: 'normal definition', add all values, divide by # of values.
2. Median: 50% above, 50% below.
3. Mode: More values in widow than any other window.

walking, you can do anywhere from 3 to maybe 7 kph

running, anywhere from 9 kph to 40 kph if you're a 100m world champion
