Well... virtually the who crew became "intoxicated" during "The Naked Now", but Riker avoided the effects until almost the very end. (BTW - it wasn't alcohol, it was some sort of infection from modified water molecules or something.)

There was one where the whole crew got drunk (not for alchohol, but from something else). I do not remember the name, but it was in one of the early seasons.
