It is a temporary solution at best and does not offer long term stability .
It is very effective in the short term and the solution of ignorant maniacle leaders like Bush .He wants all muslims dead .

To answer your question, NO I am not a Republican. Just kidding! Seriously, anyone who posits genocide as a solution to any of life’s problems is either too acrimonious to be sensible, lacks the intelligence of a 5 year old, is a sociopath, or has the vocabulary of George W. Bush and doesn’t know what the term genocide means.
No morally grounded person would ever state that genocide is acceptable. It is unacceptable in all circumstances.

First off, what problems are we speaking about?
Second, yes, killing off of an entire people, whether Religious, Ethnic or territorial is an effective way to solve certain problems. A deadly outbreak of a virus for example with no cure.
Now, to the real point of your question, I think, which wasn't stated. Is Genocide right, or morally okay to do? Hell NO! But that doesn't change the fact that it is an effective way to deal with certain problems.

Well, the problem is that throughout the history of the world, genocide has been used to try to solve a problem that really didn't exist. It is only a ruse to rationalize or justify hatred, so the murderers can feel righteous in their murder.
Anybody who support genocide is a sub-human and should be treated as such.
