What suggestion does a hypnotist give to neutralise any irrelevant suggestions he may have given?

I am studying a hypnotherapy course and cannot find an answer to this question asked by the college

I am not sure what you mean by irrelevant. The subconscious mind will only accept a suggestion that it believes and agrees with.

I've always read that hypnotism cannot force you to do anything you don't really want to do...that being true, then I should think there would be no need of neutralizing a suggestion.
