Heres the thing, I don't smoke but I recently purchased a vehicle (2005) and the damn thing was made without an ashtray...so I'm thinking if your idea were to pass, many car companies would be sued.... Ya think?????????

Good idea, but the DNA test to find the person would probably cost more than a $1000.

Wouldn't that be great!!! So many negative reasons it wouldn't work, but it's a great concept!!!
