Have you asked your doctor what he/she would like you to gain with this pregnancy? Sometimes if you are really skinny to start with they want you to gain more, if you are heavy to start with, they want you to gain less. It differs for everyone. Only your doctor can tell you for sure if you have gained enough or too much. Don't diet, just eat healthy and drink lots of water.

Everyone gains differently...The first time i was pregnant I was very overweight...I weighed 230 when my daughter was born i only weighed 236..Then when I got home and got on the scales I weighed 206 so i actually lost 30 pounds over the course of the pregnancy... I think that you have gained plenty because you will probably gain around a pound a week for the last month or so...

You are right on track. Some women lose weight their first trimester because of morning sickness. A good weight to gain is between 15-25 lbs. You will gain the most wieght your last 2 months. So you are doing good.

You will gain more weight towards the end of your pregnancy. I only gained 13.2 pounds when I was pregnant and I had an 8lb 3oz baby! It wasn't because I didn't eat, I just ate healthier. Everybody has different weight gains and I wouldn't worry, as long as your baby looks ok in the scans and your tummy is growing, you shouldn't have a problem.

Actually it's not a lot but I think honestly it's ok. You will gain more in the next few months and as long as the doctor thinks the baby is growing, no to worry. As long as you eat properly and nutritiously you're fine.

thats prefect. they say you rsupposed to gain between 25-30 pounds. I gained 25 and had a healthy perfect boy weighing 6lbs 8oz-he was also 3 weeks early, so had he stayed fullterm he would have been over 7.

keep eating well and you and your baby will be fine

Hi, I have to healthy baby girls myself. In both pregnacys I only gained 20lbs.both of my girls came out very healthy. You are doing fine, you will gain most of your wieght in the last month or two. Dont think about your wieght two much, let your body do its thing.Woman were built to have babys, our bodys know what to do. Just eat if your hungry, its okay to snack and try your best to eat healthy foods! Good luck!

My doctor said between 25-35 pounds is what you want to gain, but really you should ask your doctor what they think they will let you know if they think there is any problem.

after 7 months you should be gaining about 2lbs a week and eating 200 extra calories a day. your health visitor or midwife can tell you if you are the correct weight for your size and height.
