he will be seeing a female doctor as i am a single mother i dont know what to tell him to expect is there any moms who can help me with this problem

Let him know that his doctor is going to feel "down there". It can be embarrassing for a boy that age, even if their doctor is a male. You may offer to leave the room too if he would feel better, or stay in if it would make him feel better. You want to let him know that his comfort in this situation is your primary concern. If they find something, other test will be done, but probably only blood tests, or urine tests.

Yea he's old enough that it can just be him and the doctor. I don't know why he'd want you in there. Actually I've only had female doctors look at my nads, except when I had a hernia surgery when I was little. It's weird, but not as bad as you think. Doctors have to be very professional, and even if you get a ***** or something they're not going to do or say anything to make it even more embarrasing.

At 12 he most likely has a backup. It wont be long and he will know how to relieve the pain himself. Tell him not to worry the Doctor has seen these before

Let him know where she will be looking...ASK him if he feels okay having her look...You don't want to cause him anymore stress than he's got! Tell him she will have gloves on and will be touching him as well...ask him if he'd feel more comfortable with YOU out of the room...I was a single mom for awhile and my son almost peed when the doctor touched his privates...the look on his face was like a deer in headlights...especially when she said..COUGH!! He went...ut..ut...

the dr will pull and squeeze till that pain is gone.
given his age i cant see it being cancer.
sounds like little johnny was beating off and got a little rough.
he has epidemitis. hot baths, some tylenol, a vacation from masterbation and he should develop into a man.
