David Caruso on CSI: Miami. He never smiles or even acts remotely human, so much so, that when he DOES smile it looks like he's gonna bite you. It looks completely unnatural; that's not technique, that's over-acting. Worst ever.

i have to agree, the guy on CSI miami is the biggest over actor there is, except for the girl on the show passions. Teresa, she over reacts too.
