when we open the drawer the drawer it self SLIPS out of its place!

Reattatch the drawer track or guide.

most drawers have some type of mechanism to stop them at the end of the track.
look closely and see what it is on that drawer and repair or replace the part that is not working.
OR
pour a gallon of gasoline in the drawer, throw a lit match in the drawer...problem solved!

your drawer track is broken or some of the screws have come loose look to see what has happened to the track?
