of course not. There are cells from the baby in the mother's bloodstream.
it is quite common in some countries (such as Brazil, at least for the haves) to do a partial DNA test on such cells (blood simply drawn from the mother in the usual manner) to determine the sex of the baby after just a few weeks of prenancy.
for a couple hundred dollars extra those cells can be used to do a full DNA test, which would obiously allow for a paternity test.

I believe paternity tests require DNA. It would have to be the baby's and supposive dad's. You'd have to have the baby's DNA which would be invasive. If you can wait 'till the baby's born. They they can do the blood test. There is a mostly non-invasive for after a child is born. A cotton swab is used to swab the inside of each person's mouth. It collects cells that can be analyzed and paternity determined.
Good Luck.

how are they going to get dna from an unborn child without "invading" the womb the child is encased in, the sac the child is encased, the woman the child is encased in? Unless I am mistaken, dna cannot be tested through the mother's blood, and a blood test is itself invasive. Yes, it is a hoax. If someone is claiming to have a paternity test that is non-invasive, have them describe their technique, put it writing that is, and show it to a scientist; see if it qualifies.

Unless they can test the mother's urine for the baby's waste, I don't see how. I know that amniotic fluid is mostly sloughed-off baby skin cells and baby pee, but an amniocentesis is VERY invasive. Unless they thought of another way, I'd guess it's a hoax.

i don't think it's possible unless they are taking blood from the baby which would be invasive
